Emma Bonham-Grant, ‘one of our own’, who has worked for HML for over 8 years, has set up her own business, Domain Property Management, and chosen to partner with B-hive Block Management Partners. This is fantastic news!

Emma is based in Manchester and has been a Property Manager for the last 15 years. In her time at HML, she impressed clients and colleagues alike, progressing to become Regional Business Development Manager for the North-West. She set up her new company just a few months ago, so it is still early days, but she is loving it already and things are going well.

“Having only really started trading in the early summer of 2022, I have already managed to take on 13 blocks with the assistance and support of my block management partner, B-hive. I have others in the pipeline, so it has been an extremely encouraging start. B-hive has been a godsend in terms of the back-office support. There’s just too much legislation and background work to manage as a one-man band. B-hive gives me the chance to focus on the client and day-to-day side of the business.”
