Having recently announced a Financial Services contract and some excellent trading results, TPFG have now opened the door for their Franchisees to add Block Management (BM) services to their proposition using B-hive.
The brands are Martin & Co, Ellis & Co, C J Hole, Whitegates, Parkers and EweMove and several of their offices are already trained and at advanced stages of commencing trading.

B-hive is the Partners division of HML Group, block management specialists who manage over 85,000 units in England and Wales. B-hive is not an outsourced service provider, it operates independently from HML but benefits from all of the compliance, training and central services that a block manager of this size needs to stay on top of everything.

More and more agents are moving into the Block Management space and as a result of this B-hive have also provided due diligence services to a growing number of agents who have been eyeing up acquisitions in this space.
