What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy the variation my job offers, from improving partner’s service levels to assisting with streamlining processes. Additionally, I appreciate the opportunity to interact with a broad range of people from different companies, which adds an interesting dimension to my work.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy keeping busy and being outdoors, spending a lot of time cycling, running and on my motorbike. In the winter I try and get away to the Alps to ski. Each activity offers its own excitement and keeps me active year-round.

What made you pursue this career?

My career path has been shaped by a decade of experience in the property industry, spanning various roles such as in lettings and property management. I therefore wanted to remain in the industry I know best, however I was keen to try something new. Working for B-hive Block Management Partners seemed to be the obvious answer, given its modern outlook and transformative approach to block management.

What are you most proud of having achieved at B-hive? 

I have played a significant part towards ensuring over 160 properties have been won by our partners across the UK. This has not only helped expand the B-hive partners’ networks but has also improved the service their new clients receive by having a local and tailored managing agent.
